Sweetie tots resemble normal children with candy apple jack-o-lanterns for heads that are infested with worms. Their faces are twisted into cruel snarls that slowly ooze their hot candy coating. Supposedly, sweetie tots were once normal children that were transformed by beings such as hags as punishment for gluttony, impatience, or general misbehaviour. Sweetie tots have no memory of their former lives and instead mindlessly serve the beings that transformed them or any other creatures that can consistently offer them food.

The only independent drive for a sweetie tot is a persistent hunger, both for sweet candy and warm blood. A sweetie tot will do anything for candy, and a sweetie tot attack can be avoided by leaving candy for the creatures to consume while one makes their escape. Time is of the essence, however, because sweetie tots are never satiated and are likely to follow other creatures that have fed them or return to sites where they have previously found food.
