Strikebreakers are four-armed constructs built specifically for the purpose of overseeing workers and ensuring that production continues at maximum efficiency. Strikebreakers are enchanted with magic that allows them to issue orders to workers via the 

spell, but are also designed to be physically capable to help them deliver compliance through force, if necessary. Such force is usually only required in the cases of large-scale labor strikes, from which the construct’s name derives. A single strikebreaker is capable enough of keeping up to a hundred common workers in line without being overpowered and allows employers or slavers to maintain cheaper and more uncomfortable working conditions, for the strikebreakers are well-suited to crush any potential rebellion. Strikebreakers possess no will of their own and follow the orders of their creator or designated handler, though they have the intelligence to interpret complex, potentially ambiguous commands and make simple decisions on their own behalf that adhere to their instructions. 

All strikebreakers are prohibited from killing the workers that they oversee unless absolutely necessary, for a dead worker creates no profit for their employer. The constructs are perfectly suited to dealing exactly enough damage to incapacitate their targets while causing a minimal amount of long-term or permanent injury.
