Rocket huggers are those goblins brave or recklessly foolish enough to strap themselves to black powder rocket packs and fly themselves into combat so that they can fire arrows or shoot guns from height and range. Goblin engineering can be notoriously slipshod, however, and any compact, speedy aerial benefits gained by the goblins as a result of the rocket pack are offset by the great personal risk taken on by their operators. It is not a rare event for a goblin-engineered black powder rocket to explode randomly, and rocket huggers are only moderately more likely to thwart their enemies than they are to injure themselves or their companions.
